What is FlashyFit?

We provide complete online fitness training programs for women age 40+.

There are an overwhelming number of exercises out there for every muscle and fitness goal. And with each exercise comes a bunch of questions:

  • Which exercise should I do to reach my fitness goal?
  • How do you do the exercise correctly with proper form?
  • How many reps of each exercise?
  • How many times a week should I do these exercises to see results?
  • When do I change up my workout?

The answers to all these questions and more can be found on the FlashyFit exercise cards or this website. FlashyFit really is your virtual personal trainer who plans your workouts, shows you how to do the exercises and gets you to your fitness goal. And if you can’t find the answer to your question then as part of the FlashyFit community you can email it to a fitness or nutrition expert – and they will answer it!

The FlashyFit exercise cards and program were specifically designed for women 40+. With age comes muscle loss which reduces both strength and balance. FlashyFit focuses on strengthening core muscles which improves balance and coordination. Every phase of the program is designed to ensure wellness, prevent injury and improve overall health.

FlashyFit Phases

Your fitness goals will determine which of the five FlashyFit Phases you work through.

  • Stabilization
  • Strength Endurance
  • Hypertrophy
  • Maximal Strength
  • Power

If you are interested in weight loss and toning, you will cycle through Phases 1-3. If you are focused on building muscle, you will cycle through Phases 1-4. If you play a sport or are just plain hard core, you will cycle through Phases 1-5. And if you are into cardio or stretching not to worry FlashyFit’s got those covered too!.

Each Phase has loads of exercise cards to choose from so you can switch up your workouts and we add new cards to each Phase every four months so boredom is not an option.
